I've been brewing on our farm for almost 13 years now, and there's not a crazy beer idea I haven't tried! From crafting an okra seed coffee english brown to dehydrating 100 lbs of satsumas to cram into a barrel of beer to capture that elusive "real orange flavor"...I've brewed hundreds of unique beers and many have become annual traditions! We are a 100% craft malt brewery which means we only brew with malt grown in the US and we are proudly the only certified craft malt brewery in our state. Let me share the ways I've developed to get hard-to-capture flavors into beer, and learn about the magical, sweet fermentable world of craft malt!
